You seriously do, and I mean that literally! My life coach recommended it to me a while ago, and I find it to be therapeutic. Sometimes things truly are too much for us, particularly things that are outside of our circle of influence, and screaming (perhaps into a towel so we don't alarm our neighbors) helps relieve the internal pressure the same way crying does when we are grieving. A visit to a rage room would serve the same purpose.
